The hotel's rooms are very comfortable, but the sound of butcher market chicken outside irritated me. The staff is incredibly supportive. The location is great, especially for work or shopping, but the service can be a bit over-eager and not attentive to your wishes.
The hotel is centrally located in Kolkata, perfect for work or shopping purposes. The rooms, designed by a New York style designer, were neat and clean, especially the executive suite. The staff are very friendly and cooperative, catering to all our needs. The dining experience offered freshly made dishes like idlis, chole, fresh fruits, omlets, tea, and coffee in Lindsay street. However, the WiFi setup was complicated, and breakfast lacked variety, with no western options except toast.
The hotel is conveniently located right in the New Market area, perfect for shopping enthusiasts, but the rooms lack vibrancy and can be noisy in the morning due to market activities. The service is commendable, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offers good Indian dishes, though some improvements are needed. Overall, a decent choice for those looking for a central location with attentive service.
